Kathleen Parker hopes increased knowledge about what really happens during abortions, will result in less of them. Ditto the facts of War? It’s awful to see photos of dead fetuses. 700 Americans and 1000+ Iraqis dead, even more maimed, that resulted from a choice, too.

George Bush could have shown faith, tolerance, and forgiveness, by ending 12 years of sanctions on Iraq. Nixon did it with China. Those were Communists who later invaded Tibet and wiped them out. Then Tiananmen Square. Then they captured our spy plane. Bush acts like an indulgent father with them, warning tiny Taiwan not to bother them.

But Saddam couldn’t be allowed to remain on this earth? As soon as Bush was in charge of our governmental body, he apparently decided to get rid of him. September 11th made him value life more? Apparently not; because if he had really wanted to find Al Qaeda, the only secular dictator in the Mideast, might have been a useful ally.

Instead, by scraping out Saddam, Bush left a void that Militant Muslim extremists have rushed to fill.
